Sound Bath for Peace | Donation-Based

You will have the opportunity to pause, reflect, let go, and set intentions for the upcoming winter season. The session will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.

All are welcome but space is limited.

No experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and heart.

This event is donation-based.

The sound bath takes place in Aikido Del Mar's new location in Scripps Ranch. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space.
